About the company:

A startup women’s health clinic focusing on the peri- to post-menopausal journey sought support in building their initial team. The founder, needed key roles filled including Practice Manager, Registered Nurse, Receptionist, and Health Concierge to establish the clinic’s foundation and support its mission.

Objectives: 

  • Develop a comprehensive hiring strategy to attract aligned talent for crucial roles.

  • Design an efficient recruitment process to manage high application volume, saving time and ensuring quality hires.

  • Establish flexible talent pools for nursing and reception positions to accommodate the clinic’s variable scheduling needs as bookings grew.

Achievements: 

  • Successfully recruited the Practice Manager within 4 weeks, managing over 200 applications.
