Case Study: Misneach Media

Client: Misneach Media

Role: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

About the company:

Misneach Media is a start-up Creative Growth Partner for eCommerce Brands and Agencies. They are a Creative-Led, Data-Driven, Results-Focused agency, focusing on boosting revenue through paid and organic ads.

The engagement: One Hour Consultation

Caoimhe and Ronan, Co-Owners, are expanding their team but have never hired before. They booked a consultation to find out more about the types of employment contracts, the liabilities, and what would be best for them in line with their strategy. We completed the one-hour consultation and I followed up with a detailed document about types of employment contracts, legislation and what I would advise for their business.

The advice:

Based on the information from the business on their company strategy and goals, it was advised that Misneach Media consider a subcontractor as this provide more flexibility during their growth period. A casual or permanent employee is legally entitled to certain benefits, which will incur further costs to the business. It is also more difficult to part ways with an employee.
